Design of ‘The Academy’ underway

POUGHKEEPSIE – Baxter Builders, underneath the management of President Amanda Baxter, broke floor on a new $13 million expenditure in the city on Thursday afternoon.  Surrounded by elected officers and community leaders, the challenge regarded as “The Academy” was formally unveiled.
